Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AutonoDeploy AI harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
